First in-person Epistorm meeting held in Boston

February 29, 2024

Over the span of two days, the Epistorm consortium—comprising Principal Investigators (PIs) and researchers—gathered at Northeastern to discuss early results, anticipated wins as well as challenges and a roadmap for the way ahead. Alongside  members of the consortium, the meeting was attended by collaborators and public health representatives, including colleagues from the CDC/CFA leadership, Boston Public Health Commission, Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE). Participants reviewed the initial stages of the project, discussing the roadmap for the project endeavors. As the project moves forward, the consortium welcomes the support and engagement of the scientific community and  public health stakeholders.
